Who is New Trade Road built for?

We work with serious entrepreneurs and operators who intend to build a real, profitable e-commerce business — not side-project hobbyists. Our clients are typically in their first €0–€1M of operation or preparing to launch, and they value infrastructure, supplier access, and strategic guidance over generic courses and theory.

Do you guarantee brand authorization or reseller access?

No reputable consultancy can — and we do not. What we do is position your business so it meets the real requirements of established brands and distribution partners: legal structure, operational readiness, track record, and professional presentation. We guide clients through that process and open access to our network where a fit exists.

Is this a done-for-you service or coaching?

It is implementation-focused consulting. We build the infrastructure with you: store setup, supplier introductions, operational playbooks, fulfillment workflows. You own and operate the business. We provide the road.

Where are you based and who do you serve?

New Trade Road is operated by Uus Kaubatee OÜ, an Estonian company. We work with clients across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and North America.

How much capital do I need to start?

It depends on the model. A lean dropship-style store can start from €5–€10k. A structured operation sourcing from distributors and running paid media typically needs €25–€50k minimum to be viable. We will give you an honest assessment during your consultation.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

A member of our team reviews your submission and replies within one business day with either a short qualification call invite or a direct answer. We take on a limited number of clients per quarter — every inquiry is reviewed personally.
