These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the newtraderoad.com website and the services of Uus Kaubatee OÜ (“New Trade Road”). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The company
New Trade Road is a brand of Uus Kaubatee OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia. Contact: support@newtraderoad.com.
2. Nature of services
New Trade Road provides consulting and implementation support in the field of e-commerce: structuring an online business, sourcing guidance, supplier and brand positioning, webshop setup, operational workflow design, and related advisory services. We do not operate our clients’ businesses. Each client remains solely responsible for the operation, legal compliance, tax, and commercial outcomes of their own business.
3. No guarantees
While we commit to delivering our services with care, skill, and best-effort integrity, we make no representations or warranties regarding financial outcomes, authorization by any third-party brand, acceptance by any distributor, or the commercial success of any business. E-commerce involves risk. Past results do not guarantee future results.
4. Engagement and payment
Specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat information shared in the course of an engagement as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, images, and code — is the property of Uus Kaubatee OÜ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables become the property of the client.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to New Trade Road under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
